Unique Photo Images
Morning in the Smokies
Passing the Twig
What a beautiful sight. The larger male Giant Heron goes after the sticks and passes them on the the female as she sits and guards the nest so no one takes over. She then takes the stick and builds the nest. The male then goes after the next stick and on and on. This photograph was taken near
Boynton Beach, FL on April 4, 2008.
The bottom image is the original cropped. The top is the final cleaned up image using Photoshop CS3. By dodging and burning, I tried to put the emphasis on the heads and necks of the Giant Herons.
More Ruins
Same image as the day before but I re-cropped and used Painter X to simulate a painting.
Spanish Mission Ruins - Tumacacori, AZ
With beautiful skies, this old Spanish Mission Ruins at Tumacacori, AZ became a wonderful photo shoot.
Painter Essentials
Taking a photo image and running Painter Essentials auto oil painting is fun, fast and believable. This small program is a great way to start painting effects on photographs.
Memories
I can still hear the roar of falls and feel the cool mist of the water on my face. The memory comes back every time I see this photograph of Cumberland Falls in the Smokey Mountain Park.
Flordia Visit Would not be complete...
Without a visit to the ocean. A beautiful breeze, a sunny day and the
beachcombers show up for their daily
vitamin D.
IR in the Spring Time
Palm trees look great in IR.
