I attached my iPhone to a tripod and photographed the "Bean" or Cloudgate in Chicago. This was a special short run light show with continuing changing patterns and colors.
I shot this with bright sun. The Pro HDR app on the iPhone balanced the lighting on this old car in a wrecking yard.
Using home made paper, artist reflected on their memory of a tree (s). This exhibit is in the Chicago Botanical Gardens Educational Center. This is a feel good exhibit with artists expressing positive memories of trees. Each round like platter has art work and comments.
Here was an Amaryllis that was past it's prime. Kind of like old folks. When you really look around you can find beauty in all things. I got some great ideas from Close-Up photographer Mike Moats in his new e-Book "Creating Art with Macro". I got out my 180 Macro lens and had a fun morning in the dinning room shooting a throw away Amaryllis.
