Under the Bridge
This extremely high bridge permits large ocean going military and commercial vessels from the Pacific Ocean enter the Columbia River inner passage to Portland, OR. This photograph was a single exposure that was edited with both Photshop and 2 separate plug-ins - Topaz Adjust and Contrastmaster. Thus the HDR details with a single image.
