  The perfect Duotone?

I am still working on finding a simple repeatable toning for B&W and IR images. The image above is now a preset that I made for Lightroom 2 and ACR (Adobe Camera RAW). I can click on the preset and have that same duotone in any B&W image. Compare with the other images.
